Chenrezig (Sanskrit: Avalokiteshvara) is the bodhisattva that embodies the compassion of all Buddhas. In his two-armed form, called Khasarpani, he holds his right hand in the gesture of supreme generosity and holds a lotus in his left hand.
This form of Chenrezig is specific to the Nyung-Nay practice in the Kusum Gondu cycle of Avaolkiteshvara.
